A Summer BBQ - Round Two!

This Thursday night class was special because it was each of my student's FIRST Crème de la Crème class!  This is such a fun menu because it really incorporates seasonal vegetables, simple entertaining tricks, and offers some grilling technique as well.

I love to set up this menu with individually portioned cornbread tied with baker's twine.  I think it's a sweet nibble that guests can snack on as we are preparing the rest of the meal.  Since this is a cooking class, I also had truffled parmesan popcorn ready to munch on as well!

Summer veggies are ready to be prepped for my Panzanella recipe.  Panzanella is a sort of bread salad.  Grilled ciabatta bread, a homemade vinaigrette, and seasonal vegetables...it's divine!

I love using the grill for my summer classes.  It just gives students more options for preparing their favorite recipes.  And you can't beat the smoky flavor!

Mmmmmmm...the Panzanella Salad sat and soaked up all that goodness.  Off to the main course! Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin and Asiago Potatoes.

Thank you for a great class!  I can't wait to share my fall menus with you. Stay tuned for my September announcement coming soon!  Cheers! XOXO Paula
