Hello, once again! My meatball recipe is one dreams are made of. It’s a go-to in our home. It’s comfort food… and it comes from the heart. One of the most popular cooking classes I had included these luscious meatballs. And one of my most favorite students ever keeps that meatball recipe alive in her home consistently. I am speaking of the one and only Jennifer Daher.

Hello, once again! What can I say… our Crème Comes to You classes are in full swing and the latest class was a celebration of all things Italian! Our menu consisted of Cheesy Prosciutto Ravioli and Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding - a match made in heaven!! Both easy to make and yet so rich in flavor!

Cooking Classes from Home!
Happy October to all my Crème foodies! Not only has Fall come in full swing, but so has the debut of our new style of cooking classes. Crème Comes to You kicked off to a great start with our first class, featuring our French Countryside Menu. A creamy and oh-so captivating Chicken Dijon that was pan seared, finished in a dreamy Dijon sauce alongside our Mushrooms Duxelles, cooked low and slow and caramelized with all kinds of flavor! Eating that with grilled bruschetta topped off this fabulous French meal!
Quiche Galore!
We recently had two amazing photo submissions for our latest and greatest recipe: Spinach + Cheese Quiche! The fabulous Beth Brunetti and Aimee Kessell tried their hand at the dish, and see for yourself how well it turned out!! SUCH an easy recipe, but so so delicious (especially paired with our Cinnamon Rolls! Nice one, Aimee!!) We are so happy you guys loved this recipe. Can’t wait for you to try more! Happy Cooking!!

Kelly Friend really nailed the ultimate sandwich: The BLT Club! We couldn’t name a better sandwich made simple, or summertime family dinner - especially with all those tomatoes you guys are growing! Kayla's Cast Iron Baked Cheese
Kayla took some inspiration from one of our latest Instagram posts and made her own version of our Cast Iron Baked Cheese with Balsamic Cherry Tomatoes and Fresh Basil! And must we say… HOW. GORGEOUS! There are few dishes we’ve featured that have a more beautiful combination of flavors and colors. An what an amazing summer dish! It turned out so fabulous, Kayla, hope you and the family enjoyed!!
Mink Would Make Again!
We have been overwhelmed by the love you all have had for our recent reels! We love making them, and love seeing you guys use the recipes even more!! From our latest reel, for a delicious Italian Grill Marinade, we received a lovely rendition by Mink Paree, who made it for a recent family dinner! It turned out so fabulous, especially paired with a simple salad! Best of all, she said she’d make it again!! We’re so glad you enjoyed the recipe!!
Jennifer's Stunning Pistachio Cake
It seems the outside isn’t showing too much green any time soon, but Jennifer Daher has found her own way to remedy that! She tried out our latest and greatest recipe, Pistachio Pudding Bundt Cake! And may I just say… that cake pan? I NEED. What beautiful way to showcase our simple and amazing dessert. I wish I could take a bite!! So glad you enjoyed, Jennifer!!
Fancy and Delectable Grilled Cheese and Tomato Bisque
We are back in the kitchen twice more!! We recently hosted a couple amazingly successful classes at Avidor Living to kick off the new year in a full sprint! Creamy Tomato Bisque, topped with Basil Pesto and Fancy Grilled Cheese Dippers— two kinds of cheese on the inside and even some fresh parmesan on the outside! So so delectable! Warm bellies and so many helping hands in the kitchen… what a treat it always is!! Looking forward to our next classes, as always! Can’t wait to see all my friends at Avidor soon!

Holiday Brunch Done To Perfection
We’re back in the kitchen!! Its always so much fun to see my friends at Avidor Living. I have found SO much joy from our meetings to try the recipes, ideas, and tips I hand-pick for their enjoyment. This month, the menu I chose was “Holiday Brunch”! As they got to learn about what a gratin is, and how to make a croissant bread pudding (extra dark chocolate chips of course!), I shared my top secret ingredients for a perfect holiday and the best way to entertain family and friends— delicious food!!
