On June 8th, we once again featured a menu favorite, "Casa de Creme": Roja Blender Salsa, Creamy Verde Chicken Enchiladas, Mexican Haystacks, and Fried Ice Cream- yum! Thanks for another wonderful class! We were very lucky to have such an inviting, entertaining group. We hope you can pass on the art of wrapping enchiladas to your own homes!
