More pizza? Yes please!

Pizza Party: Round Two!  This was a great group because I had five seasoned Crème students and two newbies (Welcome Janine & Barb!).  I love that my students come as strangers and leave as friends.  We even celebrated a birthday...more on that later.

We started off with my pizza sauce recipe.  Well, let's be honest.  We started off with wine.  But back to the pizza sauce - it's super easy!  You will never need to buy pizza sauce in a jar again.

Next up with "Toasted Parmesan Zucchini".  This is a favorite of mine.  So simple.  You can make extra and freeze for later.  Serve it with the pizza sauce for a dip.

After we enjoyed our warm zucchini, we moved on to dessert!  Starts with a modest refrigerated pie crust and transforms into "cannoli inspired" dessert pizza!

I went over my white pizza sauce recipe, got it simmering on the stove, and it was onwards and upwards to the homemade pizza dough.

Right before we baked our pizzas, Sandy had a birthday surprise for Stephanie...her very own pizza stone!  How perfect was that?!?

Off to the grill we went!

We made three pizzas this class -- a Margherita Pizza in the oven, a Prosciutto & Arugula Pizza on the grill, and a Cannoli Dessert Pizza.  Bon appétit!

Thank you for a wonderful class ladies! Hope to see you in my kitchen again soon!  Cheers! XOXO Paula
