Hey Crème foodies have you heard?!? Classes are back!

In home cooking classes at the Crème Cottage have started and we couldn’t be more excited! August classes have filled up-so be on the lookout for when we release our September Thursday evening classes! Lots of recipes to share and tons of new memories to make! But let’s not forget we still offer the option of Crème Comes To You. Cooking classes in the comfort of your OWN kitchen.

We recently hosted a class in the most beautiful kitchen with the most amazing people. We made lots of new friends and perhaps maybe one or two old friends were reunited.

French was on the menu and it was Croque Monsieur and French Bistro Salad. A creamy bechamel was prepared for the cheesey ooey gooey French style sandwiches. Delectable and rich but oh so good.

The salad had a quick pickled shallot-but shallot also made a guest appearance in the vinaigrette. Cool and crisp-and the perfect complement to the Croque Monsieur.

Lots of wine and laughter filled the house that evening. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the lovely hostess and her friends who allowed me to teach in her kitchen.
