The Greatest Cookbook I've Ever Purchased

I recently got my hands on a cookbook that I found while reading a food magazine… go figure.

But, as soon as I looked over some of the recipes that the book featured, I immediately got addicted.

To Thai food, that is. And bookmarking recipes I need to try.

Kris Yenbamroon is a young chef and owner of “Night + Market,” a Thai restaurant in Los Angeles, and the author of my new favorite cookbook! He compiled some of his favorite dishes from in and outside of the restaurant, and let me tell you, not one of the dishes I’ve tried so far has been even close to a disappointment.

In fact, they’ve all become favorites of myself and my kids.

Now, it’d be tacky to just showcase the amazing food I’ve made from this book without totally plugging it. So, if you have any interest in cooking or eating Thai (as if there’s anyone who’s not), you MUST get your hands on this one!

It’ll be the only cookbook you love as much (or maybe more) than mine (-;
