Barbecue Pork Cowgirl Casserole

In a super easy and genius way to use leftovers from our lakehouse, I created this delicious casserole, layered with cheese and tater tots! This really is one of the best recipes I've made in a while, so I'm so happy to share it with all of you! Enjoy!
