The Best Risotto with Parmesan & Pancetta

Few recipes can beat this one... and that's not an over exaggeration!! I couldn't believe how amazing this Risotto turned out. I told myself I would try to make the best version, and I think I nailed it! A simple method with a few steps, two pots, and a few tablespoons of butter combine to make a creamy, rich, and decadent risotto. Add parmesan and pancetta, and how could you beat? What better way to cook with rice!! Hope you all enjoy as much as we did!
