Dueling Woks

Last Friday night, I debuted my "Take Out Classics" menu -- inspired by my family's favorite recipes.

Sweet & Spicy Crab Wonton Dip

Grilled Chicken Satay

Asian Cucumber Salad

Thai Shrimp Fried Rice

My woks were ready.  These recipes are fresh, simple, quick, and most important - delish!

The wonton chips were so quick and easy!  We baked the Sweet & Spicy Crab Wonton Dip with real crab, sriracha sauce, you know...the works.  Drizzled some sweet & sour sauce on top and dug in!

Then, it was time for the woks.  I was a little anxious because this particular recipe goes so quickly. We divided the class into two teams.  I cooked at one wok and my students cooked on the other. Within a few minutes -- it was done! Both stations turned out equally tasty Thai Shrimp Fried Rice.

We got a head start on the Chicken Satay.  While it was marinating, we enjoyed our hot Thai Shrimp Fried Rice.

We were so glad Jennifer's daughter Victoria could make it back up for another class from Kansas!

Not going to lie...the peanut sauce is heavenly.  You'll be dipping bread in it!  Out to the grill we went for the Chicken Satay.

We served the Chicken Satay with Cucumber Salad.  It was a gorgeous night at Crème de la Crème!  We knew we had to get a sunset picture.

Thank you for another wonderful class!  I'm so glad you can enjoy these recipes as much as my family does.

Cheers! XOXO Paula
