When Good Friends Gather Around The Island
Daughters, Mothers, Nieces, Aunts, Friends...coming together for a summer barbecue! This menu is fabulous because I'm extra generous. Students get two snacks at the beginning of class -- Truffled Parmesan Popcorn & Mini Cornbread Loaves!
Next, we started on the Panzanella Salad. I had a couple of volunteers for my pepper cutting trick!
Fun fact of this class: Diana was my 100th new Crème student!!! Time flies in the Crème kitchen. What a special milestone! We celebrated by giving Diana an extra decked out Crème binder and a cute little party cracker.

It was all hands on deck for the Asiago Potatoes. Since these ladies had that covered for me -- I began the pork tenderloin. Love that this group isn't afraid to get their hands dirty!
After wrapping the trimmed pork tenderloin in prosciutto, we put it on the grill. This class had some great questions! We learned a lot about grilling techniques.
The ladies began on our light dessert: Fresh Fruit Kabobs with White Chocolate Drizzle.
