Wine and Cheese Soufflé

After only being featured once before, "French Creme Countryside" returned for a HUGE comeback in the kitchen! On January 20th, we welcomed the winners of the Wine, Women, and Shoes auction for a night of french delicacies. From French Martinis and Rustic Tomato Tart with Herbs de Provence, to a Classic Cheese Soufflé and Cherry Clafoutis, who can go wrong? The menu was amazing as remembered before, and these ladies made it all the better!
