Cheesin' for Grilled Cheese

On January 18th, we hosted our public class of the month with a new menu- "Winter's Bistro"! Caprese Verrine, Tomato Bisque, Bistro Grilled Cheese with Bacon Jam, and Crepes Suzette... absolutely delicious. We had some brave souls flambé the crepes, and after a couple legendary photos, they turned out to be crisp and caramelized- to die for! Another fabulous class to go down into the books, and thanks to the students that made it that way!
