Paula's Magical Mushrooms
These mushrooms truly are magical. We use them for everything: whether we are topping a grilled burger, throwing them in some amazing pasta Alfredo, or even eating them with some toasted bruschetta!
(Top secret idea— spread some goat cheese on your bruschetta first and then spoon these mushrooms over the top. Mmmm...magical, am I right?!?)

Paula’s Magical Mushrooms
Ingredients:
16 oz. Baby bella mushrooms, washed and sliced
4 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Olive oil
4 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. Fresh thyme
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/3 cup Dry white wine
1 tbsp. Butter
Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Throw in your mushrooms and start sautéing. They will release a lot of liquid, and that’s okay! Continue sautéing until liquid has gone down by half. Add in your garlic and seasonings. Continue cooking until almost all the liquid has evaporated and the mushrooms start to caramelize. Add in your wine and scrape any brown bits on the bottom. Reduce and turn to low. Add another tbsp. of butter, then serve however you’d like! Magical!
