Crispy Cajun Roasted Potatoes
Happy Saturday, once again! We grilled some steak a few days ago when the weather was just perfect! As an accompaniment to our main course, I decided to toast some baby potatoes with a slight and “spicy” spin! They came out crispy and delicious. Needless to say, there were no leftovers. The key is to make sure you are not overloading your cookie sheet— otherwise they will steam! So just get out that extra sheet pan and do a little extra washing that day. It will be SO worth it!
Cast Iron Baked Cheese with Balsamic Cherry Tomatoes and Fresh Basil
So recently I posted a picture on my Instagram account of a Cast Iron Baked Cheese with Balsamic Cherry Tomatoes and Fresh Basil. You. Guys... You went nuts!! And I’m not gonna say I wasn’t excited, but I wasn’t prepared for the amount of requests for the recipe!
Jake and Paula’s Grilled Chicken and Grilling Dipping Sauce
Two heads are much greater than one, especially for this dish! For an easy, by-the-lake snack or small lunch, I had my son create this easy and decadent dish, with my help of course! It turned out amazing… and I could count the number of ingredients on my hands!
Maya’s Fried Eggs in Chili Oil
Hello, once again! If you’ve been to my classes in the past, you know how hard I’ve tried (and still try!) to get my kids to work in the kitchen with me or on their own! My youngest daughter, Maya, is more and more making her own lunch or helping me prep for dinner, so I had to feature her latest creation! She’s always experimenting with my asian condiments and seasonings for her ramen, and now tried her hand at breakfast! She made this fried chili egg and I HAD to get my phone out for pictures! And simply cooking the egg in chili oil rather than cooking oil… incredible. She’s hired!
My Famous Dill Dip
Disregard what you saw in the first part of this video, okay? Today, for so many reasons other than completely failing on the first recipe, I'm making a tride and true Dreessen recipe! This is a dill dip so simple, yet so delicious, that it'll be hard to find any better. I'm not kidding! This recipe has been from family to family, event to event, and mouth after mouth. It's a hit every time! Although, when you combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise together in one of the best dips, how could it not be?? Hope you all enjoy!!
Lemon Miso Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Happy May to all my Creme foodies! This past week has been somewhat of a struggle, as my kitchen days have been a little slower because of a much needed knee surgery. While I am on the mend, that does not mean good food is still not a priority! And veggies always seem to find a way to my heart— especially Brussels. I can make these into a salad, a main dish, or roasted 100 ways. But one of my favorite ways has a nice little Asian “spin” on it with some white miso paste and fresh lemon. Delicious!
The Ultimate Chopped Italian Salad With Crispy Prosciutto and Croutons
Join me in my latest video, concocting the greatest ingredients for a simple yet flavorful chopped Italian salad! Although anything topped with croutons and prosciutto is sure to please! Hope you all enjoy, and get your salad bowl and servers ready to toss!
Cheesy Garlic Bread with Basil Aioli and Mayonnaise Taste Test

The Best Barbecue Chicken and Bacon Potato Cups With a Smokey Cheese Sauce

All fit into a nice serving, perfect for parties, appetizers, or a midnight snack! Who cares? When you're using ingredients as good as these, there's really no shame... So enjoy!!
Valentine's Day Charcuterie Snack Board
With valentine's day *just* around the corner, it's time to plan the most important part of the evening... food!! Not only have charcuterie boards gained popularity over the past few months, they're easy, delicious, and show your family, friends, and significant others just how special they are to you! And for a day that's all about love, what better way to celebrate?
Creme Corned Beef Salad with Buttery Toasted Pumpernickel
Now this is a fun one! I recently got my hands on some vintage cookbooks from the 70's, and thought it'd be fun to recreate one of the more... interesting recipes. I made it straight from the cookbook and then transformed it to the way I would make it! There was clearly a winner with this one (; Enjoy!!
Mexican Street Corn Couscous Salad
Hi Creme friends! I hope you are enjoying the start of the holiday season. It’s my favorite time of year! Recently, I went to a small gathering for a holiday “Favorite Things” party. You bring three of your “favorite” gift ideas to the party, draw names, and then pass out the gifts! There was food and wine and great conversation with lots of laughter, of course! But the main event for me was—you guessed it—the food.
