Get ready for this one, you guys... We are heating up our frying oil for this one!! On the menu is a recipe requested by a long-time fan... they asked for the southern staple, Chicken Fried Steak!! Pair this dish with any veggie you can think of, or a heaping scoop-full of potatoes! (And invited us for it, okay??) I dumb this age-old recipe down to just a few simple steps, perfect for any weeknight dinner! And it is still just as good as you get from any local southern restaurant. Okay... we're being humble.
