Nothing beats a restaurant-style Mexican dish made easy! And just in time for Cinco de Mayo, you'll HAVE to take notes! My slow-cooked, decadent chicken birria meets ooey gooey pepperjack cheese and fresh toppings, wrapped together in a crispy flour tortilla. I'm in taco heaven.
