Meals for the Week - Black Beans Three Ways

We are back here again with the next addition to our new series on how to make meals for the week based on just one recipe! This week, I feature my favorite black bean recipe, which I then used for Black Bean and Egg Breakfast Burritos, Garlicy Rice and Black Beans with Smoked Sausage, and finally a Smooth and Spicy Black Bean Soup!
