Creme Corned Beef Salad with Buttery Toasted Pumpernickel
Now this is a fun one! I recently got my hands on some vintage cookbooks from the 70's, and thought it'd be fun to recreate one of the more... interesting recipes. I made it straight from the cookbook and then transformed it to the way I would make it! There was clearly a winner with this one (; Enjoy!!
